Confection ( Supposing : Water: Silicone Oil=60:10.25Kg, 70.25kg emulsion)(1)Immit 60kg water and 0.25 kg D into oil trough , then churn it for 5 minutes.(2) Immit 6 kg A, 3kg B, 1 kg C into oil trough in turn , the churn it for 10 minutes. 5. Methods of Application(1) Pre-spinning: Immit 0.5%-1% HY-168Finish Oil for Polyester Staple fiber(2) Post-spinning: Immit silicone oil 6. Condition of using silicone oil in the course of Post-spinning (1)Heating:No.1 area of oven:      150ºCNo.2 area of oven:   160ºCNo.3 area of oven:      160ºCSpeed of Hot Air ≥ 1.5m/s for 5 minutes treatment (2)  Best rate of use silicon oil: 0.4~0.6% (3)  Water Percentage in fibre  : <0.1% 7. Notice(1) DO NOT MIX WITH ANY ANION FINISH OIL!(2) Valid period : Within 12 months, Keep it sealed and in proper temperature.
