HY-888 Silicone Oil  was used in three-dimensional spiral polyester staple fiber spinning after finishing agent of silicone.

Immit 0.4 kg HY-8884  and 90 kg water into the oil trough, then churn it slowly for about 10 minutes.b. Immit 7 kg HY-8881   2 kg HY-8882  1 kg HY-8883 into the trough in turn , then churn it for 20 minutes.c. Application : the confected emulsion has been ready for using in fibre handling (Impregnating in Oil Through or Sprinkling).(3) Water percentage in fibre before Torrefaction <10%(4) Emulsion contained: 8~10%(5) Organosilicon contained: o.4%-o.6%(6) Torrefaction: 140ºC ~180ºC*10 minutes(7) Temperature in the Oven :No.1 area of oven:   150ºCNo.2 and No.3 area of oven:   160ºC 4.
